Overall Balance
The difference between the value of transactions in which money leaves a country and the value of transactions in which money enters it. A positive¿overall balance¿means more money leaves a country; while a negative¿overall balance¿indicates the opposite. Or the positive Overall balance represents that how much of the country¿s reserve have been used for net payments during the period and the negative overall balance shows how much of the country¿s reserve have been accumulated after the net payments during the period.
